Keeping the cold-store industry great with a recent external dual-compartment freezer & chiller build for the NHS. Utilising new generation Kingspan Quadcore panels, chosen with an aim for a thermally superior insulation.

To overcome the uneven ground, the box was constructed from a small raised steel platform, linked to the permanent hospital building with a galvanised walkway/ramp and handrail system.

Wall panels were finished in an XL Forte Van Dyke Brown external smooth finish. The roof utilised a trapezoidal weathering single skin sheet system, finished in the same specification steel, but in a Merlin Grey, complete with black guttering.

Both of the hinged doors were of our own manufacture via RCL Doors Ltd.
